Agencies
Based on cooperation with Triad agency we created a dashboard application for account managers, financiers, managing directors, and creatives. It shows you real-time data about projects so you can see how your business is going and due to this you can make relevant decisions.
Results and outcomes
- The MVP helps to see in overviews where is possible to save time and money in agencies.
Problem statement
For the project managers in agencies is hard to process a lot of data and at the same time have an overview and quickly react to changes in projects. They are using multiple applications to reach their goals and their workflow is at the end of the day slow and sometimes chaotic.
Goals
- All-in-one solution — team management, planning management, project management, budget expenses management, invoice management, and time management.
- Getting an overview of financial results for a specific period.

Research
I asked project managers about problems that they have on a daily basis in work and based on these interview sessions we were looking for solutions. We created stickies board, sitemaps and with the technical background helped us programmers. Nevertheless stakeholders wanted to see these ideas in the design ASAP. For this reason, we decided to use UI kit to speed up our design process. After research we chose a winner Polaris UI kit by Shopify.

Polaris UI kit by Shopify
There are several reasons why we chose to use the Polaris UI kit by Shopify for the design of this application. One reason is that it is a well-designed, professional-grade UI kit that can help you create a cohesive, visually appealing interface for your application. Additionally, the Polaris UI kit is regularly updated by Shopify, so you can be sure you are using the most current and up-to-date design elements. Overall, using the Polaris UI kit can help you create a high-quality, user-friendly interface for your design application.

Design
I worked in a team consisting of a designer, programmers and stakeholders — project managers. We had weekly interview sessions, and as the result of every interview we received from stakeholders inspiration or more specific tasks and wireframes about goals that we want to reach. Based on this we created design screens with Polaris UI kit and tested in as prototypes in InVision on project managers. After we received feedback we started with another iteration process. Our design process approach was the closest to a Double diamond.
